About the role

We are seeking motivated Telecallers to drive outbound sales for General Insurance products. The role focuses on converting marketing‑generated leads, handling customer follow‑ups, and managing resales and renewal opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Handle insurance resales and renewal opportunities.
Explain Life and General Insurance products and address customer queries.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Set appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and lead status.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow‑up.

Required profile

1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Insurance Sales.
Insurance experience in Life, General or Health Insurance is preferred.
Experience in BFSI/BPO telesales is also considered.
Strong communication, convincing and follow‑up abilities.
English communication preferred.
Based in Kochi/Ernakulam.
