About the role
We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our BPO retail telesales team. The position involves making outbound voice calls to promote insurance products and convert leads into sales, working in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products clearly in Hindi and English.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior sales experience are also considered.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of sales and insurance concepts is preferred.
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication.
- Ability to handle high‑volume outbound calls.
What we offer
- Shift timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, six days a week with Sunday off.
- Competitive in‑hand salary: ₹16,000 for freshers, up to ₹18,000 for experienced candidates.
- Annual CTC ranging from ₹2.53 LPA to ₹2.75 LPA.
