Telecaller – Outbound Lead Generation for Solar Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Jaipur office and drive outbound lead generation for our solar industry products and services. You will be responsible for making cold calls, introducing our offerings, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set appointments.
• Introduce solar products and services, explain benefits, and address prospect questions.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to spark interest.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects and interaction records.
• Follow up on leads from various marketing channels and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in sales or telecalling.
• Proven track record of successful telecalling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to overcome objections.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational skills for accurate record‑keeping and follow‑ups.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional language is a plus.
