Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle both outbound and inbound calls, engage potential customers, and support our sales and customer‑service initiatives. The role requires clear communication, accurate record‑keeping, and a proactive approach to lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to explain products and services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain detailed call records.
• Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow‑up.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection in a target‑driven environment.
• Patient, polite, and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
• Experience using a CRM system.
