Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

Hemito Digital is looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join its on‑site team in Kochi. You will be the voice of the company, handling both outbound and inbound calls to introduce our digital marketing services and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
• Present Hemito Digital’s service portfolio clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads, collect and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments or follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records.
• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain campaign details and share customer feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and proficiency in a regional language.
• Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Basic sales and lead‑generation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Good computer literacy, especially with CRM tools and email.
• Effective time‑management and organizational capabilities to meet call volumes and follow‑up schedules.
• Relevant experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or inside sales executive, preferably in digital marketing.
• Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kochi and learn about digital marketing trends.
