Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales (Delhi)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Delhi team. You will engage both outbound and inbound calls to promote our products, generate leads and provide support to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using scripts to introduce products or services.
- Handle inbound queries, answer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Qualify prospects, conduct follow‑up calls and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Update customer records, log call outcomes and maintain databases in a CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead conversion and sales quotas.
Required profile
- Clear, confident verbal communication and active listening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Patience, emotional stability and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Prior customer service or telesales experience is advantageous, though freshers may be considered.
