Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our chartered accountants firm in Mumbai. The role involves both outbound and inbound calling to promote our accounting, GST, income tax, audit and finance services and to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and clearly explain our service portfolio.
• Handle incoming inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing client questions.
• Enter and maintain lead data in the company CRM or database.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Prepare daily call reports and strive to meet or exceed calling targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a clear telephone voice.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
