Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Service

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and result‑oriented Telecallers to join our team at Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and delivering accurate information about our services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve patient queries.
- Explain products and services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain call records and update customer data.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Required profile
- Age between 22 and 30 years.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Possess good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Professional attitude and confidence in customer interactions.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
