Telecaller – Lead Generation & Presales Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers through cold calling and telecalling techniques to generate leads and support presales efforts, building relationships and promoting our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
• Assist in the presales process by providing information and answering queries from potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and support the overall sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets to contribute to the team's success.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Experience in cold calling and telecalling (preferred).
• Familiarity with presales processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
