Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Crewtangle is seeking a full‑time Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive to join its Mumbai office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing the agency’s branding and marketing services and qualifying leads for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted prospects and present Crewtangle’s service portfolio.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize leads according to defined criteria.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM and spreadsheet tracking tools.
• Schedule appointments or follow‑up calls for senior sales staff.
• Document all interactions accurately and generate regular performance reports.
• Research potential clients to understand basic marketing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach scripts and share prospect feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette in English and Hindi.
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales or lead generation, preferably within advertising or marketing services.
• Ability to meet daily call targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma minimum; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications is a plus.
• Interest in branding, creative services and client‑facing roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead management.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with lead‑tracking systems.
