About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic telecallers to join our interior design sales team in Mumbai. The role involves contacting prospective clients, introducing our interior design services, generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain interior design services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
