Telecaller – High Net Worth Client Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a polished Telecaller to engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), CXOs, entrepreneurs, architects, and interior designers on behalf of Beyond and More, a premium luxury furniture and interior design curator based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to high‑end suppliers and luxury clientele.
• Introduce our products, services, events, or business opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
• Schedule meetings or appointments as required.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with suppliers and update CRM records.
• Keep accurate call logs and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of telecalling or outbound sales experience.
• Experience interacting with HNIs, luxury clientele, or corporate decision‑makers.
• Strong command of English with a neutral or polished accent.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and build relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
