Telecaller – Full-Time Customer Outreach Role

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. In this full‑time position you will be the voice of the company, engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly explain company offerings.
• Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through telephone outreach.
• Maintain detailed customer records and daily call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, confident telephone etiquette with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong follow‑up ability and ability to work under performance targets.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp for communication.
