Telecaller – Financial Products (Full‑time)

About the role

Rishi Wealth Management and Finance Private Limited is expanding its sales team and seeks energetic, confident telecallers to promote a range of financial products. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and generating qualified leads through outbound calls and follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Identify and understand customers' financial requirements.
• Explain suitable loan and financial products such as home loans, loan against property, personal loans, and business loans.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and collect basic information and documents.
• Coordinate with the sales/relationship team and maintain accurate lead and call records.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus.
• Confident, positive, and sales‑oriented personality.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn financial products and handle objections professionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
