About the role
We are looking for a female telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads and support customers. The role is full‑time with a salary of ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Outbound & inbound customer calling
- Lead generation and follow‑up
- Customer handling and query resolution
- Explain company products/services
- Coordinate with sales team
- Maintain customer/call records
- Achieve assigned calling & conversion targets
Required profile
- 2–3 years of telecalling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good convincing & follow‑up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target‑oriented approach
