About the role
The Telecaller Executive will connect the company with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and chat. The role focuses on generating sales leads, driving conversions, and providing customer support for a manufacturing client in Raipur.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer queries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system following company scripts.
- Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets as defined by management.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for record keeping.
