About the role
The Telecaller Executive will act as the voice of the company, connecting with customers via phone, email, and chat to drive sales, generate leads, and resolve queries. This onsite role is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer calls, answer queries, provide support and ensure a positive experience.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system and follow company scripts.
- Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets as defined by management.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of relevant telecalling or telesales experience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Raipur.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
