About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Surat. The role involves both outbound and inbound calls to promote our financial products and to assist customers with their queries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present company products and services.
- Receive inbound calls, address customer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional speech throughout all interactions.
- Follow the prescribed call scripts and update call logs accurately.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Work experience of 6 months to 1 year in a call‑center or similar environment.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
Required skills
- Clear verbal communication.
- Basic computer literacy for using call‑center software.
