Telecaller – Customer Service (On-site)

About the role

The Telecaller will work on‑site in Pune, handling both inbound and outbound calls to support customers and automotive service vendors using the Youhonk platform. The role focuses on delivering clear information, assisting with registration and navigation, and ensuring a smooth experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and vendors, providing information about Youhonk’s services.
• Assist users with registration, profile setup and basic navigation of the platform.
• Respond to inquiries, explain service offerings, confirm appointments and follow up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate call and interaction records and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Share customer feedback with operations and support teams to help improve the service.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening with professional telephone etiquette.
• Customer service orientation, able to handle inquiries and resolve basic issues positively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑management tools.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Pune.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
• High school diploma (higher education is an advantage) and a professional, respectful attitude.
