About the role
Join a leading bank through Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) as a Telecaller. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting banking services, and supporting the institution’s growth. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information on banking products.
- Build rapport, answer queries, and address concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets to contribute to overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).
- Any graduate with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of banking products (preferred).
