Tele‑caller – Credit Card Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tele‑caller to promote BankKaro’s partnered credit card products. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, explain card benefits, and guide them through the application process, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to submission.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads for various credit card offerings.
• Clearly pitch card benefits, eligibility criteria, rewards and current offers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable card options.
• Handle queries and objections professionally, maintaining a positive tone.
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive application submissions.
• Assist customers with required documentation and support the submission process.
• Track application progress, update customers on status and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions and lead status.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target‑oriented mindset with disciplined follow‑up habits.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain composure in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Basic understanding of credit card products and eligibility criteria.
