Telecaller – Cold Calling & Lead Generation

About the role

The Telecaller will join our dynamic sales team in Kadavanthra, Cochin, handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads and drive sales. You will engage prospects through cold calling, nurture existing customers, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree with strong communication skills.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in tele‑calling or customer service, freshers also considered.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English and Malayalam (or Hindi) for effective client interaction.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
