About the role
We are seeking a proactive Telecaller and Appointment Setter to engage prospective learners, qualify leads, and arrange demo and counseling sessions for our public speaking training programs. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling and meticulous follow‑up to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100‑150 outbound calls daily to interested leads.
- Understand learner requirements and qualify prospects.
- Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.
- Update lead records and track follow‑up status in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 1‑2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable with a target‑driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields is preferred.

What we offer
- Salary range ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month plus incentives.
- Remote / hybrid work arrangement.
- 6‑day work week.
