Tele Sales Trainer (Airoli, Navi Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Trainer to join our Training & Development team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that boost product knowledge, communication skills and sales performance for both inbound and outbound tele‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct induction and refresher training for new and existing tele‑sales professionals.
• Develop and deliver modules on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, communication and product knowledge.
• Monitor call quality, identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions.
• Facilitate role‑plays, mock calls and interactive sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Sales teams to align training with business goals.
• Assess training impact through metrics, assessments and feedback.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to raise individual and team performance.
• Create training materials, SOPs, presentations and learning aids; maintain training records and dashboards.

Required profile

• 5‑12 years of experience, primarily in tele‑sales training within a call‑center/BPO environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver customized training programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and performance‑improvement skills.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; certification in Training & Development or Sales Training is a plus.
