Tele Sales Executive (Full-Time, Onsite)

About the role

Plan My Kalyanam is seeking an enthusiastic and target‑oriented Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Perungudi, Chennai. The role involves connecting with potential customers and vendors, explaining services, handling enquiries, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective vendors.
• Follow up with existing leads and enquiries via calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
• Generate and maintain leads through regular follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Update lead details, call status, follow‑ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Ensure timely follow‑up until the lead reaches the required stage.

Required profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple follow‑ups efficiently.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated approach.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
