Tele Collection Executive – Banking Process

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Collection Executive to join our banking collection team. The role involves handling outbound calls to customers for payment follow‑ups and ensuring timely collections. This is a full‑time, office‑based position.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding payment dues.
- Maintain professional communication and resolve queries related to payments.
- Ensure timely collection and follow‑up on outstanding amounts.
- Maintain daily call records and generate reports.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
Required profile
- Any graduate or undergraduate.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele‑calling or collection processes (freshers welcome).
- Fluency in Hindi, English and other regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
