Tele Caller – Outbound & Inbound Recruitment Support

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Tele Caller to join our Chennai office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, providing candidates and clients with information about job opportunities and our services while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from potential and existing candidates or clients.
• Explain job offerings clearly, answer queries, and follow call scripts and guidelines.
• Record accurate call details in the system, update call logs and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams to schedule follow‑up calls or interviews.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional office environment.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages with a polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer literacy, familiar with MS Office tools and ability to update records in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Customer‑service orientation, active listening, empathy and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous tele‑calling, call‑center or customer‑support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional communication or sales training is a plus.
