Tele Caller / Lead Outreach Specialist

About the role

Finnovate is seeking a proactive Tele Caller/Lead Outreach Specialist to join its Mumbai team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, helping to expand our financial planning and wealth advisory platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new prospects using online platforms, calls, emails and networking.
• Research prospects to tailor outreach strategies.
• Qualify leads for interest and suitability.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emails or messages and nurture conversations.
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Build and sustain relationships with potential corporate clients.
• Convert interest into scheduled meetings through targeted follow‑ups.
• Provide the business team with actionable lead insights.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and build trust with prospects.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation or email outreach is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email tools, CRM software and social media platforms.
