Tele Caller – Lead Generation (Tamil/Malayalam)

About the role
We are looking for energetic Tele Callers to join our Chennai team. In this role you will engage prospective customers over the phone, promote personal loan products and generate qualified leads for the sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted prospects in Tamil and Malayalam.
- Present product information clearly and answer basic queries.
- Identify interest, capture lead details and schedule follow‑up appointments.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly lead targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil, Malayalam and English.
- Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work the shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sunday off.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
