Technology Analyst – SAP Native HANA & Palantir

About the role

Airbus is accelerating its digital transformation and seeks a Technology Analyst to lead SAP Native HANA and Palantir‑based data products. Based in Bangalore, you will work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, bridging complex quality business processes with high‑performance technical architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient, scalable SAP HANA solutions for quality management across Aircraft Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Services.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams and stakeholders to define standards, prioritize features and build the architecture runway.
• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis, performance tuning and source‑code auditing of SAP landscapes.
• Translate European business requirements into technical specifications and deliver “first‑time‑right” hotfixes and features.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of professional experience in SAP Native HANA development.
• Strong background in WebIDE for HANA, custom SAPUI5/Fiori, and Agile delivery models (Scrum/DevOps).
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging international business partners.
