Techno‑Functional Architect – MDM & S/4 HANA

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a seasoned Techno‑Functional Architect to lead enterprise‑wide Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives on the SAP S/4 HANA platform. You will shape data governance, quality, and integration strategies that support Bosch’s global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable MDM solutions across multiple business units.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Select, evaluate, and integrate MDM platforms and related data‑quality, lineage, and metadata tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams during complex data migration projects.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience architecting large‑scale MDM solutions in complex enterprises.
• Strong background in product master data and SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to define data governance policies and stewardship processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
