Techno Lead Conversion – Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Techno Lead Conversion (Maintenance Engineer) drives reliability and performance of a manufacturing line, ensuring world‑class results across safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale. Reporting to senior operations, the role owns preventive maintenance strategy, asset reliability and continuous improvement for the assigned line.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain zero safety incidents and zero quality defects by complying with Mondelez safety, food safety and quality standards.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance standard work, including time‑based and condition‑based activities.
• Lead breakdown analysis, root‑cause investigations and corrective‑action implementation.
• Drive Autonomous Maintenance, CIL and TBM compliance across the line.
• Optimize spare‑parts inventory and develop alternate sourcing strategies.
• Lead IL6S and HPWS initiatives to improve Global Efficiency, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, yield and sustainability.
• Support capital projects, digitization and sustainability initiatives focused on energy and water reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance engineering or a similar technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and regulatory compliance in a food‑production environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Business Development teams.
