Technician I – Machine Operation & Maintenance

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a motivated Technician I to join its manufacturing site in Halol. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, cleaning and maintenance of production equipment while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key responsibilities

• Operate, clean and maintain assigned machines in a pharmaceutical production environment.
• Maintain GMP documentation, including equipment logbooks, physical monitoring records and housekeeping logs.
• Train and guide subordinate staff to achieve GMP compliance and production targets.
• Standardise production activities to improve efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• ITI or any Diploma relevant to industrial or mechanical fields.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in machine operation or equipment maintenance, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Halol with minimal travel.
