Technician – Food Court Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of technical systems and equipment within our food court facilities. The role involves maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and upholding safety standards while delivering excellent service to tenants and management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on all technical systems and equipment in the food court.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all systems comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Proactively monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Provide responsive customer service to tenants and management regarding technical matters.
