About the role
Cybrom Technology is seeking experienced technical trainers to deliver industry‑focused classroom and hands‑on training in Bhopal. You will mentor aspiring professionals across a range of domains, from full‑stack development to cloud‑native DevOps and emerging AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum aligned with current industry standards.
- Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students on placement preparation, internships, and career growth.
- Develop practical training material, labs, and real‑world case studies.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and best practices in your specialization.
Required profile
- 2–6 years of professional experience in the relevant technology stack.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for teaching and simplifying complex concepts.
- Ability to mentor and support student success.
