Technical Trainer

About the role

The Technical Trainer will be based on‑site in Chhindwara and will design, develop and deliver technical training programmes for Oxibytes Solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you will create course materials, lead classroom and lab sessions and ensure that training aligns with current industry standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led training programmes covering software development, networking, databases and cloud technologies.
• Prepare comprehensive course materials, labs and practical exercises.
• Assess learner needs and customise content to match skill levels.
• Conduct classroom and hands‑on lab sessions, demonstrating concepts through real‑world examples.
• Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback and track progress.
• Update training content regularly to reflect emerging technologies and organisational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong technical proficiency in IT domains such as software development, networking, databases or cloud technologies.
• Proven experience designing curricula and delivering instructor‑led training, workshops or labs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Competence with digital learning tools and platforms (LMS, presentation software, remote collaboration tools).
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor or educator in an IT setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology trends.
