Technical Trainer – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver training and up‑skilling programs for associates at Bosch Automotive Electronics India (RBAI) in Bengaluru. The role focuses on ESD, quality, HSE, work instruction and ECR changes, ensuring the workforce can operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on changes and refresh sessions covering ESD, quality issues, HSE and updated work instructions.
• Deliver hands‑on and theoretical training for new and revised processes, including work instruction and ECR impacts.
• Coach employees on the shop floor, correcting mistakes in real time and offering on‑the‑job support.
• Document training sessions, track attendance and generate progress reports.
• Address employee queries related to skill development and conduct assessments to evaluate trainee performance.
• Update and refine training materials based on production feedback and conduct refresher training when needed.

Required profile

• BE in Electrical/Electronics with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma with 5‑8 years of experience.
• Ability to conduct both classroom and on‑site training, and to create clear documentation.
