Technical Support Specialist, IT Infrastructure

About the role

SitusAMC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage and support its IT infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑call resolution for incidents and service requests.
• Draft, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Respond to calls, emails, chats, and tickets; assign work orders to appropriate teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems remotely.
• Maintain and support PCs, servers, virtual/physical architecture, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, storage, email, internet, mobile devices, telephony, and backup systems.
• Utilise the Incident Management System to log, track, and close incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to senior specialists and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates in collaboration with IT staff.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with a hardware and networking certification.
• Systematic problem‑solving skills and disciplined work approach.
• Preferred ITIL Foundation certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows operating systems and server versions (2000, 2003, 2008).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and remote‑desktop connectivity tools.
