Technical Support Engineer – Level 1 (Bangalore)

About the role

Kaseya is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to join its global support team in Bengaluru. You will provide first‑line assistance to customers via chat, phone and ticketing, ensuring fast resolution and high satisfaction while working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone and ticketing systems, meeting internal KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, including BIOS/UEFI and boot diagnostics.
• Support backup solutions for Office 365, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, SaaS platforms and Salesforce.
• Diagnose virtualization issues on VMware and Hyper‑V environments.
• Analyze system logs, perform hardware diagnostics, and manage Windows Server Core and Active Directory permissions.
• Assist with storage technologies such as NAS, SAN, RAID and virtual storage configurations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on technical support experience in the IT sector.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 shift schedule.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 45 days.
• Professional, courteous attitude with excellent communication skills.
