Technical Support Engineer – Energy Storage Systems

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for on‑site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of energy storage systems. You will ensure reliable operation, minimise downtime and provide high‑quality technical support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain energy storage systems at customer sites.
• Address technical issues promptly to guarantee reliable operation.
• Provide technical assistance, answer equipment questions and deliver training to customers.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and R&D to report field issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow up on after‑sales service requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards during all on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, preferably in energy storage.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities in high/low voltage environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant electrical or high‑voltage operation certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
