Technical Support Analyst – EHS Specialist

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma company as a Technical Support Analyst focused on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) applications. You will provide hands‑on support for a wide portfolio of enterprise, SaaS and vendor‑managed tools used across maintenance, engineering, manufacturing and EHS operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service requests, reproduce problems, test fixes in test environments and deploy solutions to production within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application configuration, user access, authentication, integrations, scheduled jobs, data synchronization and performance using logs and monitoring tools.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support, coordinate with vendors, document evidence and communicate resolutions.
• Assist with scripting, workflow automation, low‑code enhancements and reporting improvements.
• Execute system upgrades, patches and version releases, including impact assessments, smoke testing and rollback readiness.
• Maintain SDLC and GMP/GxP documentation, risk assessments, test scripts and audit‑ready records.
• Perform routine application administration such as user/role management, reference‑data updates and health checks.
• Monitor service health, review alerts, job failures and capacity indicators, and contribute to preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑7 years of experience in application support, technical analysis or IT operations, preferably in regulated manufacturing or EHS environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on troubleshooting of enterprise, COTS, SaaS and cloud‑hosted applications.
• Experience with SDLC, testing, change control and release management.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP compliance and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in scripting, workflow automation and low‑code solution development.
