Technical Success Architect

About the role

Endor Labs is building an Application Security platform that helps development teams identify and fix critical risks across complex software estates. As a Technical Success Architect you will be the primary technical liaison for customers, guiding them through pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements and ensuring successful adoption of secure development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact, designing and customizing security solutions for diverse customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using expertise in software engineering, application security, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic guidance throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in a technical domain with at least 4 years of hands‑on software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Proven experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑first mindset.
