Technical Service Lab Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Technical Service Lab Executive to join our Innovation Campus in Navi Mumbai. The role supports product testing, customer complaint analysis, formulation assistance, and technical service activities across our Super Absorbent Polymer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non‑routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Support technical service requests by performing application studies, product evaluations, and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and optimise test methods, formulations, and application procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, calibration logs, and lab reports in line with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
• Operate laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV‑Vis, FTIR, viscometers, titrators, and pH meters.
• Prepare technical presentations, data summaries, and customer documentation as needed.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical service, R&D, QC/QA, or application labs within chemical, polymer, coatings, adhesives, or specialty chemicals.
• Hands‑on experience with Super Absorbent Polymers (SAP) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of analytical, organic, or polymer chemistry concepts.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation abilities.
• Effective communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
• Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
