Technical Recruiter

About the role

ABusiness is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support its expanding technology and business solutions practice. You will build talent pipelines, manage a bench of consultants, and drive recruitment for SAP, SaaS, software engineering, cloud, AI, and enterprise technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and recruit candidates for SAP, SaaS, software development, cloud, AI, integration and enterprise technology roles.
• Build and maintain a strong bench of SAP consultants, software engineers, architects, project managers, UI/UX designers, AI engineers and cloud professionals.
• Market and sell available bench resources to clients, partners, implementation companies and staffing organisations.
• Generate leads for consultant placements, contract staffing opportunities and project‑based resource requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, delivery teams and leadership to identify staffing opportunities.
• Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification checks, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, resource databases and recruitment reports.
• Track recruiter KPIs, hiring metrics, bench utilisation and placement success rates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience sourcing, screening, interviewing and building talent pipelines for technology roles.
• Proven ability to create and manage a bench of consultants and to market resources to external parties.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting both recruitment and bench‑sales activities, including lead generation.
• Familiarity with US staffing requirements and ability to generate leads for US‑based consultants.
