About the role
We are looking for a proactive recruiter to independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to closure. The position is fully remote with shift timings from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling
- Conduct video screening of candidates
- Coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads
- Work proactively and consistently meet hiring targets
Required profile
- Self‑driven and target oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and a fast‑paced environment
What we offer
- Shift timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Location: Remote
- Probation period: 3 months with Rs. 10,000 salary
- Post‑probation salary: Rs. 15,000‑20,000 per month
- Quarterly incentives after probation
