Technical Recruiter – Contract (6‑12 months)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a 6‑12 month contract to support its talent acquisition needs for software development positions, including AI‑driven applications. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, and focuses on delivering a diverse and inclusive hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage high‑quality technical candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and recruiting databases.
• Monitor industry trends and labor market movements to stay competitive.
• Ensure a fair, unbiased, and inclusive recruitment process aligned with AVEVA’s DEI commitments.

Required profile

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience in a technology product environment.
• Proven ability to understand hiring needs and drive requisitions to successful closure.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and recruitment regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar ATS) proficiency.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
