Technical Project Manager – Power Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead railway traction and high‑voltage power‑electronics projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from mechanical design to software implementation, ensuring delivery of state‑of‑the‑art solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the railway traction scope within the engineering team.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end: conceptual design, requirements, interface management, implementation, testing, validation and commissioning.
• Oversee high‑voltage applications from conception through deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Apply project‑management principles to keep projects on schedule, within budget and at the required quality level.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics.
• Approximately 10 years of experience with traction or propulsion systems, especially railway or high‑voltage environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational abilities.
• Familiarity with the Indian railway market is a plus.
