Technical Project Manager – Lead Technology Initiatives

About the role

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will own end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives that create business value and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with product, engineering, strategy, delivery and business teams, the TPM translates strategic goals into actionable plans and ensures coordinated execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, aligning on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors and leadership, providing governance, status reporting and executive updates.
• Gather, document and validate business and technical requirements, partnering with technical teams to align solutions with architecture.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies while establishing KPIs to monitor delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, promote automation, and support adoption of Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams across product, engineering, strategy and support functions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders in Eastern, Mountain or Pacific time zones.
