Technical Project Manager

About the role

Eximietas Design is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer projects in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing project financials, managing client relationships, and driving business development for moderately complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee project financials, including P&L, budgeting, and accurate forecasting.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing projects.
• Support qualification and assessment of large and moderately complex opportunities.
• Act as opportunity manager for medium to high‑risk deals.
• Maintain and grow mid‑ to senior‑level client delivery relationships.
• Represent the organization to external customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in technical project management.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Proven ability to manage project financials and meet approved budgets.
• Experience handling medium to high‑risk projects with legal and commercial complexity.
• Strong client‑facing and business development skills.
