Technical Project Manager (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who can bridge business needs and technology delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and now leads cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, delivery and post‑release support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Manage cross‑functional teams of backend, frontend, QA, DevOps and data engineers.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and release planning.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and resource allocation.
• Review technical designs, participate in architectural discussions and ensure coding standards.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of overall IT experience with hands‑on development background.
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Lead before moving into project management.
• Proven track record managing software development projects using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with distributed teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
